Job Description

We are seeking dynamic field sales consultants to promote Hyundai vehicles, generate leads through field activities, and convert prospects into customers. This role involves outdoor sales activities and customer engagement across Gulbarga region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to identify potential customers and generate leads
• Promote Hyundai vehicles through outdoor marketing activities
• Meet prospective customers at their offices, homes, or preferred locations
• Organize and participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and events
• Demonstrate vehicle features and arrange test drives for prospects
• Follow up with leads and convert them into showroom visits
• Maintain relationships with corporate clients and fleet customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and lead generation objectives
• Coordinate with showroom sales team for customer handovers
• Update daily field activity reports and lead status
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Experience: Freshers can apply; prior field sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong sales orientation
• Willingness to travel extensively within Gulbarga region
• Two-wheeler mandatory; four-wheeler license preferred
• Good knowledge of local area and customer networks
• Presentable personality with professional attitude
• Basic smartphone and computer knowledge
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
