Looking for Customer Services position in Tours & Travels sector in Gulbarga? Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and booking requests for tours and travels
  • Promote holiday packages, tours, and travel services
  • Make travel bookings using online platforms (MakeMyTrip, etc.)
  • Provide information about destinations, packages, and pricing
  • Coordinate with clients for tour planning and itinerary
  • Handle email correspondence and online communication
  • Maintain customer database and follow-up records
  • Process bookings, tickets, and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Field work for customer visits and consultations (2 wheeler required)
  • Handle payment processing and billing
  • Maintain office records using MS Office

Required Qualifications

Education: 10th pass/PUC/Any Graduation
Experience: Experienced preferred, Freshers with computer knowledge welcome
Languages: Basic English, Hindi, Kannada
Skills: Computer, Microsoft Office, Email, Internet, Online work experience
Vehicle: 2 Wheeler is Must
Personal: Good communication, customer handling skills
