Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, develop strategies for brand promotion, and drive customer footfall at our Hyundai dealership. This senior role requires strong leadership and automotive marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase showroom footfall
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media and online presence
• Coordinate with Hyundai corporate for marketing support and materials
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Manage marketing budget and track ROI on campaigns
• Generate leads through various marketing channels
• Build relationships with corporate clients and fleet customers
• Supervise marketing team and coordinate with sales department
• Organize test drive events and customer engagement activities
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing, preferably in automotive sector
• Strong understanding of automotive marketing and customer behavior
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
