Job Description
Walnut House is looking for a reliable and hardworking Salesman Cum Helper to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing product displays, handling sales transactions, and maintaining the store. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Assist with loading and unloading of stock
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Help with inventory management and stock counting
- Follow store opening and closing procedures
- Report any issues or customer complaints to the manager
- Support other team members during busy hours
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: 10th Pass or above
Experience: Freshers can apply, experience in retail sales preferred
Skills: Good communication, customer handling, basic math skills
Languages: Kannada, Hindi (English is a plus)
Additional Requirements
- Must be physically fit for lifting and arranging stock
- Punctual and reliable with good attendance
- Willingness to work full day shifts (10am to 8pm)
