Job Description
Shah Hyundai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their showroom sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales executives, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves overseeing all showroom sales operations, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase showroom footfall and conversions
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction scores
- Manage showroom operations including inventory management and vehicle pricing
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with service and finance departments for smooth operations
- Conduct daily team meetings and provide coaching to sales staff
- Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complaints
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with Hyundai regional office for promotions and schemes
- Ensure showroom presentation and display standards are maintained
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: BBM, BBA, or MBA preferred
Experience: 2-3 years in automotive sales management
Skills: Strong leadership, team management, customer handling, sales strategy, negotiation
Languages: Kannada, Hindi, English
Additional Requirements
- Proven sales track record in automobile or related industry
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Knowledge of automotive industry and current market trends

- Valid driving license preferred
