Job Description

First Cry Intellitots Pre-School, Kalaburagi is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to join their team. The selected candidate will be responsible for nurturing young learners, conducting age-appropriate activities, and creating a positive learning atmosphere for pre-primary children. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities for pre-primary children
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and assess the development and progress of each child
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s growth and behavior
• Prepare learning materials, worksheets, and creative activities
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure child safety at all times
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and management for curriculum development
• Attend school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff training sessions

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Graduate (Any Degree) / D.Ed / B.Ed preferred
Experience: Fresher or Experienced (freshers with passion for teaching are encouraged to apply)
Skills: Good communication skills, patience, creativity, classroom management
Languages: English and Kannada (mandatory)

Additional Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English and Kannada
• Passion for working with young children (pre-primary age)
