Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Executive to manage automotive finance operations, coordinate with banks and financial institutions, and facilitate vehicle financing for customers at our Hyundai dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in arranging vehicle financing and loan approvals
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan processing
• Prepare and verify loan documentation and application forms
• Guide customers on finance schemes, interest rates, and EMI options
• Ensure timely loan disbursement and vehicle delivery coordination
• Maintain relationships with bank representatives and finance partners
• Achieve monthly finance penetration and disbursement targets
• Handle documentation for insurance, RTO, and registration
• Maintain accurate records of finance transactions and customer data
• Provide post-sales support for finance-related queries

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Degree (Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in automotive finance or banking sector
• Strong knowledge of vehicle financing, loan schemes, and EMI calculations
• Familiarity with bank procedures and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good understanding of automotive industry finance practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and finance software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
