Job Description
Azaan Jobs Services is hiring an HR Recruiter cum Telecaller for its office in Gulbarga (Kalaburagi). This is a full-time role suited to candidates who enjoy talking to people, are organised, and want to build a career in recruitment and human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for open positions.
- Make outbound calls to candidates to explain job openings and schedule interviews.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and daily call records.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers and follow up on outcomes.
- Support day-to-day HR and office coordination tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (email, spreadsheets, data entry).
- A polite, confident telephone manner and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
