Job Description
Gazala English Medium School is looking for a skilled DTP Operator to handle all desktop publishing and design work for the school. The role involves creating educational materials, question papers, certificates, and other school documents using DTP software. The candidate will work closely with the administrative team to ensure timely delivery of all printed materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and format question papers, worksheets, and exam materials
- Create certificates, ID cards, and school stationery
- Prepare school newsletters, notices, and circulars
- Handle page layout and typesetting for school publications
- Operate printing and photocopying equipment
- Maintain digital files and document archives
- Design banners, posters, and event materials
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate with teachers for educational material preparation

Required Qualifications and Skills
Education: Any Graduate (BA/BCom/BSc or equivalent)
Experience: Fresher or Minimum 1 Year in DTP work
Skills: Proficiency in PageMaker, CorelDraw, Photoshop, MS Office
Languages: Kannada, English, Hindi (reading and typing)
