Job Description

We are seeking a professional female receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service at our Hyundai showroom. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom professionally
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
• Manage appointment scheduling for sales consultations and service bookings
• Maintain visitor records and manage reception area cleanliness
• Handle customer queries and provide basic information about Hyundai vehicles
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer requirements
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
• Support administrative tasks as assigned by management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Experience: Freshers can apply; prior reception experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
• Professional appearance and pleasant personality
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer service orientation with positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of automotive industry (preferred but not mandatory)
