Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated female telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, and support sales operations at our Hyundai dealership. This role is perfect for both freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads
• Handle inbound customer inquiries about Hyundai vehicles and services
• Schedule test drive appointments and showroom visits
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system
• Provide product information and answer customer queries professionally
• Coordinate with sales team for customer requirements
• Update customer database with latest contact information
• Achieve monthly calling targets and sales objectives
• Handle customer feedback and resolve basic queries

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Experience: Freshers can apply; prior telecalling experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada
• Pleasant voice and professional phone etiquette
• Good computer knowledge for CRM and data entry
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain positive attitude
• Target-oriented mindset with persuasive skills
• Basic knowledge of automotive products (training provided)
