Job Description

We are seeking professional female showroom sales consultants to assist customers, demonstrate Hyundai vehicles, and drive sales at our state-of-the-art showroom. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates to build a rewarding career in automotive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers visiting the Hyundai showroom
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Hyundai models
• Conduct detailed product presentations and vehicle demonstrations
• Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing details
• Assist customers with finance, insurance, and exchange options
• Follow up with prospects through calls and messages
• Achieve monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and vehicle display standards
• Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support
• Coordinate with finance and documentation teams for smooth delivery
• Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Experience: Freshers can apply; prior sales experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
• Pleasant personality with professional appearance
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Confidence to interact with diverse customer profiles
• Basic computer knowledge and smartphone proficiency
• Willingness to work on weekends and during festivals (peak sales periods)
